In this paper we the studied the noise reduction factor caused by the space change and its relation with frequency and applied voltage which can be extended to cross field devices, in which electric and magnetic fields are perpendicular and both are perpendicular to the direction of the wave propagation. The effect of space charge at high frequencies was studied and computer results were presented.
